Marine Engineer with particular experience as a Technical Superintendent and Chief Engineer, having sailed on passenger, tankers and geared reefer container vessels.

Extensive experience in conversions and upgrades of passenger vessels to comply with SOLAS, USCG and USPH requirements.

Has acted on behalf of P&I Clubs, Admiralty Lawyers, Ship Owners and Hull and Machinery Underwriters in matters concerning shipping activities, including damage surveys, fixed object damage, condition surveys, fire damage, main and auxiliary engine damages, off spec oil cargos.

Conducted suitability surveys and acted as MWS for sail away of Offshore Structures for YOHO Offshore Development.

Gained experience in salvage and wreck removal of passenger vessel in Tahiti which included coordinating of onboard firefighting activities with local fire teams, vessel stabilization, de-pollution activities and wreck removal by controlled scuttling at sea.
