Our Naval Architects come from varied backgrounds 
including research establishments, Classification 
Societies and engineering & design contractors. Most 
have chartered status or equivalent as well as 
membership of the Royal Institute of Naval Architects.  

Ship design and construction is a major feature of 
their specialist knowledge and experience. This has 
been of particular relevance in the numerous 
investigations and studies they are frequently 
instructed to undertake, including but not limited to :

- Structural failures
- Strength & stability
- Ship design
