status and membership of the Institution of Civil 
Engineers. All have had significant experience in port 
& harbour development & construction as well as 
associated infrastructure and port handling equipment.

The London office has a strong core of Civil Engineers 
which can support other LOC offices as required, 
whilst our Houston, the Middle East and Singapore 
offices have appropriate engineering capabilities 
enabling them to cover a broad range of fixed object 
damage investigations.
