Hull & Machinery Damage

A feature of our Marine Engineering capability is in 
connection with hull & machinery claims, which cover 
a multitude of aspects.  
In some instances we are instructed by hull &
machinery underwriters or P&I Clubs to investigate 
claims brought to their attention and requiring 
independent technical advice.  
In others, we are engaged by shipowners, 
shipmanagers or charterers direct to attend and advise 
on potential claims.  On occasion, we are required to 
remain on board a vessel during a voyage whilst 
machinery problems can be properly diagnosed.
