Slow steaming: Our Master Mariners are frequently
engaged to provide a thorough review of a voyage
resulting from a slow steaming allegation. In so doing,
they are able to re-construct the voyage with due
reference to contemporaneous evidence including
logbooks, charts and meteorological aspects.

Hull & machinery: Main engine and auxiliary
machinery failure can lead to allegations of
unseaworthiness. Our Marine Engineers often attend
to investigate and survey, followed by a detailed
consideration of available evidence and the provision of
expert advice. Hull structural failure may require
marine engineering and/or naval architect input.
