Unsafe Berths & Ports

Our Master Mariners are frequently instructed on 
behalf of shipowners or charterers in unsafe berth or 
port claims following an incident affecting a visiting 
vessel.  We will often attend the subject port to 
investigate the berth or port systems in order to 
determine their adequacy.
