Ice damage is not an uncommon occurrence and 
frequently leads to litigation.  Some of our Master 
Mariners have particular experience in ice navigation 
and are able to provide expert evidence accordingly.

There are many other matters in which we are 
frequently called upon to provide an expert opinion.  
These include:

- marine personal injury
- the loading, stowage, carriage and discharge of 
  cargoes of a varied nature
